What is an eSharp Account?
With an eSharp Account you can buy Sharp products from https://www.esharp.com.my It is a free integrated membership service that allows you to keep track of your purchase status for added peace of mind.

Why do I need to have an eSharp Account?
You can still make a purchase as a Guest without creating an eSharp account as long as you have a valid email address. You will be asked to enter the address during the purchase process. By so doing, we will be able to send you the vital details about your purchase. These include your order confirmation (which contains your order number and/or tracking number) as well as updates on the progress of your order, e.g. a dispatch notification.

Will I be able to update my eSharp Account details/ information?
Yes, you may manage your account and other personal information by following these simple steps:

Step 1. Login to your account.
Step 2. Select “Account Details”.
Step 3. Click “Save Changes” once the relevant fields are completed.

I’d like a new eSharp Account. How do I sign up?
Step 1: Go to the Top Right Bar and click at the Profile icon.
Step 2: Fill out the prescribed fields. Once done, click “Register”.
Step 3: Complete the Billing Address and Shipping Address (if differ).
Step 4: Congrats! Your eSharp Account is now active.

Can’t log in?

I need to change/reset my password. How do I do so?
Just click on the “Lost Your Password” and enter your Username or email and click “Reset Password”. An email will be sent to you with further instructions.

How do I place an order for a product?

  1. Select your desired product(s) and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. After you have selected all the items you would like to buy, click at Shopping Cart icon. Review your order to double check all details, then click at “Proceed to Checkout”.
  3. Please select the correct payment option.
  4. Read and click to accept the Website Terms and Conditions.
  5. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. Your order number will be included as well.

How will I know if my order has been successful?
If your order transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. Didn’t receive your order confirmation email? Please check your junk email or spam folder as it may have been inadvertently sent there. What should I do if I have trouble placing an order?

I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my existing order or do I have to place a second, new order?
Please place a new order as extra items cannot be added to an order that has been checked out and completed the payment.

Can I amend and make revisions to my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited. Please email us at sharpcs_support@my.sharp-world.com for assistance, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.

Can I make a product purchase over the phone?
We regret to inform that ordering over the phone is not possible at present.

What are the payment methods for the eSharp Online Shop?
There are two payment methods available which are via the credit and debit cards.

Single Payment
You can use any locally-issued credit or debit card.

Installment Payment
As for the installment payment purpose, we offer the seven banks as listed :

  • Ambank
  • CIMB
  • Hong Leong Bank
  • Maybank
  • HSBC
  • OCBC
  • Public Bank

How do I purchase Sharp products with Cash on Delivery mode?
We regret to inform that we do not provide any Cash on Delivery mode.

What can I do if my payment fails?
If payment has failed, please email us at sharpcs_support@my.sharp-world.com for assistance, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.

How long will it take for a duplicate payment to be returned to me?
Please email to sharpcs_support@my.sharp-world.com and attach the proof of duplicate payments charged. The refund usually takes up to 15 working days. However, it could be sooner (within 7 working days) depending on your card issuer.

Will payment be taken before I have received my order? Or taken upon receipt of the order (once I have signed for it)?
Payment is taken when your order has been dispatched (i.e. when your invoice is generated) in https://www.esharp.com.my and it is confirmed that your order has been placed. As to when this is shown as being debited from your card or account, this will depend on your bank’s policy.

Why is it that my payment cannot go through?
Here are some of the common reasons:

  • Your credit card or debit card has expired.
  • You have spent above the credit limit given by the bank.
  • The debit card balance is less than the amount to be paid.
  • The credit card used is not from the banks such as Ambank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, HSBC, OCBC and Public Bank for the EPP purpose.
  • A foreign-issued card was used. Sharp Pay only accepts locally-issued cards.

I’d like a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive. Is this possible?

How long does it take to ship out items once I have made payment?
Depending on your postcode location, it takes up to 10 to 14 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 14-30 working days (East Malaysia) for delivery to be effected. The 5 days start from the day after you receive an email from us confirming that your items(s) has been dispatched.

If more than 5 to 7 days have passed from this date and you still have not received your delivery, or if you have not received your delivery for any other reason, please email us at sharpcs_support@my.sharp-world.com for further assistance, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.

How do I track the status of my shipment?

Does Sharp Online Shop deliver items internationally?
Not at present. We accept orders for delivery locations within Malaysia only

Can I place my order online and then collect my item(s) in-store/at the Dealer’s shop?
Our apologies, we are not able to cater to this request at present.

Is there any deliver fee?
Enjoy FREE delivery within a 20km radius from your home. Sharp’s customer service will advise on your nearest Dealer and ensure the safe delivery of your product(s). Additional charges may apply beyond the 20km radius.

What should I do if my item gets lost or I didn’t receive it for any reason?
No worries! Just contact or email us at sharpcs_support@my.sharp-world.com for help, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.

How can I redeem the Free 1 Month Installment Cash Back offer?
Follow these simple steps:

  1. The Free 1 Month Installment Cash Back Promo is applicable to selected products only. Only selected products are eligible for this Promo scheme (please refer to product listing as displayed in the website esharp.com.my).
  2. Ensure that you have completed the registration in the https://www.esharp.com.my.
  3. Purchase selected Sharp models in a single receipt within the campaign period and ensure to select the correct payment option as Installment Payment.
  4. Once the transaction is successful and when you have received the product, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Please complete all the fields in the online submission form, upload and send the scanned copy of the product receipt and warranty card to SHARP for processing.
  6. A notification will be sent to your registered email on the 1 Month Cash Back Rebate status once the verification process is completed.

How do I redeem my free product?
